This helper creates a clean demo session, adds the seeded demo participant, generates recommendations, and then opens the new session automatically.
The host participant is created automatically by the backend.
The seeded demo participant is accepted automatically as the second active participant.
Recommendations are generated automatically.
The new session starts clean: no candidate reactions, no selection, no follow-up response.
